The first 50 minute session is an initial consultation that allows us to meet and get a feel for this type of therapy. It also allows me to gather some information so I can ensure I am best placed to meet your needs and for you to ask any questions you like
I charge the same fee for in-person and online work and the fee is payable on a weekly basis after each session

A full 50-minute session to discuss your current challenges, explore your background and for you to get a feel for this type of therapy.
Each session takes place on the same day at the same time each week. In-person sessions are held in St Albans; online sessions use a secure video platform.
Payments are made on a weekly basis following each session. Your weekly slot is held exclusively for you so missed sessions are charged without 24 hours notice.

In-person therapy takes place in a quiet, confidential consulting room in St Albans which is located within easy walking distance of the city centre and public transport hubs. Free parking is also available.
For online sessions, you will need a private, quiet space where you can speak freely without risk of interruption or being overheard.
